2nd pic from the top on my last post is the last adjustment made. The lines at the top are made by my switch backs.

I also started to work on the chrome bezel over the adjustable bezel. It's going to go just a gloss black.20160604_130149.jpg 20160604_132451.jpg

Hey Blckshdw, thanks man I'm just going by you and everybody else's experience here. Following your thread was a big help. As well as info from Kickass Audio.

Hopefully today I can lock them up.

Looks great!! But what is the streams of light going up the wall?

I mentioned it on the top post of this page. It's from these damn switch backs. If it doesn't go away after I put everything back together I'm going to have to rethink what I'm going to use as signal lights. There like running another set of head lights.

How many LEDs are in your switchback bulbs? Are they 5630/5730 chips or something smaller? That's a lot of glare to show up on the wall like that. You may have to 'downgrade' to switchbacks with smaller or fewer chips, something a little less powerful.

Well, another option would be to make a set of clear corner lenses out of florescent ceiling light diffusers. Given the simpler contours of the Voy lenses, it would be quick and easy for you, and also smother the glare to soften the light some.

Why not hit it with a little niteshades? I think it'll help with the look too. And if they're that bright it shouldn't hurt much.

@Blckshdw I really like the look of the chrome inside the bezel area where the switchbacks are so I'm not going to put anything to take away from that. I'll just try another set of bulbs.

On another note there all sealed and ready to go on the truck tomorrow.20160606_205145.jpg
I did a little polishing while they are off but I'm more comfortable polishing them when there on the truck. So that will get done this weekend I'm guessing. But I'll get the ppic's on here once I put them on tomorrow.

I completely missed that you weren't using corner lenses. I like the look.
