I think it's time to retire the Blizzaks for the season.

Just installed my new euro headlights. Was lucky to find them on ebay the other night when I was sick in bed. Came in today, and went to install them, but ran into a problem. The high beam bulbs don't have a plug for the bulbs, just a positive and negative wire. Do I cut the plug off of my stock headlights to connect the high beam bulbs? I don't drive at night to often, so they are installed for now.

Sorry! It's a 2005 LT. It has every option except navi (but has bose). So far, mods wise, it has a K and N CAI, Gibson Catback, SS cluster, black billet grille, clear corner headlights, aftermarket smooth taillights that are tinted, debadged, and I painted my brake calipers purple. I probably missed some stuff, though. I've had it for going on 4 years now, just can not commit to either lowering it or lifting it.

Remind me to definitely park in your driveway. Maybe you'll mistake my SS for yours and detail it for me.

What do you mean?

I think he means that your truck is clearly not an SS, even though you are trying to pose as one. Not cool man!

I'm not trying to pose as an ss...

Someone stole my billit bowtie about a year ago and I was without a front emblem for a while. My dad thought it would be cool to put his ss emblem off of his chevelle from when he was my age on my Trailblazer. Obviously if anyone asks, I'm not going to tell them it's an ss...

It's there for sentimental purposes.

After YEARS of procrastination by me, my visiting brother (welder, fabricator, auto painter) started mocking up a skin for my rear bumper. It's built around the guts of a TireGate (spare tire swing-away assembly) and my OEM 2" receiver.

Here's the custom front bumper for the styling cues I wanted in the rear:

And the foam-core beginning of the rear:

Went out for an astrophotography session Sunday, went to a very dark spot. On the return home I wandered down an isolated logging road at 2am looking for a different view and took this test shot - I liked how the stars reflected off the moonroof, and I could see the Milkyway faintly above the horizon to the right side, so I pointed the camera more that direction on a tripod and stayed there another hour and change getting those shots...

Cheers & enjoy

Here she is for the last time! Handing over the keys now just waiting for the guy to come, but I must say she went down with a fight!!! The linkage cable went loose on me again seems the mechanic didn't do a good job! Got it fixed again but More to that while driving off I fell into a huge pot hole pretty much causing a hell of a ending! Cv boot was destroyed and grease was everywhere! I told the guy as is I'm not gonna fix it and reduced the price a little!

The apprentice (me) is qualified to run the plasma cutter and do tacks and grind welds and put away the tools at the end of the day. I can't be trusted to do the finish welding yet.
