Thinking of using this bumper on my tb was wondering if i need custom mounts made or not

Probably not, unless you're getting just the main component above, and not the installation hardware.

You do realize the name of the bumper is trailblazer, it fits a Jeep Wrangler. Not a Chevy Trailblazer.

You need to basically build /jeep framehorns to mount to. its been done though.

@HARDTRAILZ what about a spare tire mount on the liftgate i was thinking of the hitch one until someones flew off today and went through my rad so i want something more solid

Our liftgate would definitely not support one. Only reason one would could possibly come off the hitch is shitty install. I drove a great many miles and never had any issues with one.
