Is it an actual active police car? Or is it more of a show vehicle?

We also have TB cops here, I've only seen them around the university on game days though.

Its a show vehicle. I believe he said he lives in Paris, France. He said they are allowed to have blue and red stobes similar to here in the US. I know he uses US license plates, but I am not sure if he can drive around with them. I know he mentioned he has a collection of US plates. I think members have sent him their old plates too.

Yes, I saw Paris! We have the right to use strobes and licence plates but only in a farm area or under the autoritde local police. I always look for American plates because no member has sent to me.

Sorry! I just found the plates I thought I sent you. I will get them in the mail in the next week, just need to get to the post office when they are open. That's the tough part. They are coming
