Nope. System says it is scheduled for delivery on the estimated date (Thursday) and nothing shows any delays at this point. So... they're saying that sitting on it in Cali for 2 business days (4 days including the weekend) is intentional? Maybe it will still get here Thursday but why sit on it for so long?CaptainKD said:Still no update on FedEx???
I'm dealing with UPS myself right now. I ordered something from Best Buy and it is being shipped UPS Ground from Ohio to Chicago. UPS is showing that it will take 3 business days to arrive. I'm jumped over to FedEx.com and the same Ground service is 1 business day for FedEx. How does UPS take three times the amount of time that it takes FedEx to complete the same task?
I usually don't have trouble with either of them, but this is a bit silly. I've had UPS "guarantee 3 day" effectively mean "guaranteed take 3 days" before, as many times they would get my package to Columbus (1 hour away) and sit on it for 24+ hours so it was always delivered 3rd day.Mounce said:UPS is always faster and more reliable for me and we live about 20 minutes from town.
