35w in low beams and fogs. Thinking about 55w yellow in some aux 6" lights that I want to add to bull bar. 35w is stupid bright without a projector. Fogs alone are brighter than old lows and fogs combined.

At 15,000k your lumen output would be not much more than halogens. 4,300k produces the most lumens at around 3200. The higher up in the kelvin scale you go, the less lumen output.

Standard halogen bulbs produce 900-1000 lumens.

Yeah i'm aware the light output is no where near as good as normal halogen lights, but i'm still able to see pretty well, and all road signs are visible for miles ahead. If I feel I can't see I sometimes hold down the high beam flash and drive along so all 4 lights are on

I would say at 15,000k, you are still producing 1500-2000 at most which is still better than halogens.

Since I went with projectors, I wanted the best light output possible.

HIDs in stock housing is way better than halogens, but once you drive with projectors you won't want to drive with anything else.

Yeah you're right. There' some headlight housings I want that have projectors, but a lot of reviews claim that light output is horrible. That's even for regular halogen bulbs too
