I just upgraded to the Hotchkis rear swaybar and put new links on while I was at it. While trying to take the old links off, I learned they really weren't in bad shape at all, still pretty tight. So I just left them on the bar. The bar is in great shape, no bends or nicks or anything out of the ordinary.

It is off my short wheelbase, 2008 5.3 LT. I guess the 5.3's have a stiffer swaybar than the i6's? That would make sense because the swaybar I put on was supposed to make a huge improvement over stock, but it was more like a minor, subtle improvement.

Anyway, I'm just north o' Boston, and I will not be shipping this large, heavy item. Although I supposed I could ship it in the box the new one came from, but it would probably cost upwards of $30+ to ship something this large. I'd rather just sell local.

FYI, I6 and V8 bars, front and rear, are the same, including the SS. Rear bars are 1.34". Front 1.42"

That's weird then. So many other threads about rear swaybars are very specific about if they are i6 or v8 swaybars. If they're all the same, why include that extra info. I'm also surprised that the SS has the same swaybars as the rest.

But thats good for me, that means this is a stock swaybar for every trailblazer! Do the EXT's have stronger bars or are they the same as the SWB's?

Checking on RA, there is no specification for a different rear bar.

Flagged 4 times on facebook marketplace. I give up on that. But if someone here needs it, I still have it and still have the box to ship it in, though I won't for too much longer....

Probably gonna be a hard sell, as I'm pretty sure all GMT360's came with them from factory...
It wasn't an optional piece...
So unless someone's is damaged or missing...we all already have the oem bar...

Not to be a d!ck or anything, I haven't heard of any getting damaged or broken. You might have a chance at selling the links by themselves if they are fairly new. Just that shipping would be costly for the bar itself.
