Need height/width measurments

Tried searching for these but didn't come up with anything.
In my province we have lift laws especially with suvs and quarter tons. To stay road legal they measure from the ground to the top of the highest point of the frame which includes any body lift and divide it by the distance between the tread center from left to right.

Anyone with a 3" sus and 3" body that is running 33s and 35s have any of these numbers or could get me them please?

He usually runs 35s. I know he has a set of 37s in one of his garages.
