Muffler with 2.75" in/out

Dynomax super turbo (17797) muffler has inlet/outlet of 2.75". It's only 19" long tho and I'm not sure how long the eom muffler is but couldn't a muff shop make this work?

Yes a good muffler shop could make that work. They may have to add a little bit of pipe, I think the OEM muffler is approx 26-28" long.

Yes. The muffler shop will add extra pipe to make it fit.

Im thinking I will go with this dynomax and have the muff shop fit the muffler because at a later date I might have them add a Y and do dual pipes(2.5")

Im gonna order this muffler. Both Jegs and Summit do not have it in stock and will take a week before it even ships. Its $81 after the $9 fee they charge. AdvanceAuto can get that muffler and if i use the code i can get $30 off. Even with paying shipping i can get it for $70 thru them. I guess i'll do that since its the cheapest place.
