If the CEL is blinking, there should be a code.

How do you know it is a miss if there is no code?

Do you have a code reader connected when this happens?

Can you try a different code reader?

How many miles, and have you changed spark plugs yet? Checked the spark plug wells for contamination - water or oil?

What plugs are you running? This vehicle is very picky on what plug will run correctly.

The P0301 is a problem withe cylinder #1.

As Roadie asked; Did you check the plug well for water or oil?

If the well is clear, it could be the coil, the injector or the spring from the coil to the plug.

If it's water, the seal on the coil isn't doing it's thing right. Try getting a replacement or putting some silicone/gel on it to help it along. Shtuff happens, at least it wasn't oil!
