That's all fine and dandy but no mention of light scatter blinding oncoming drivers or if he gets flashed at. And he also didn't disable the DRL PWM module to prevent possible flickering or damage to the bulbs. It would also have been more beneficial to have the quad headlight mod and even have these in the high beams instead.

I may consider these for the Caprice that has actual lenses and cutoffs.

Absolutely... and Dan did mention that his concerns were selfish in the fact that he lives way out in the Boondocks and with little Public Lighting of the roads... locations like those would make the LED Beams more advantageous than say around Urban and Sub-Urban environments. What was needed was a way to either shunt the upper Beam Saturation for on-coming Traffic ...or an Electronic Photo-Electric Dimmer to shade the Beams when Traffic approaches.

Here is another Dude who acquired a Used 2003 Trailblazer about Eight Months ago for his Wife and he has been wailing away on fixing a lot of things up on it... including the LED HIGH & LOW Beams HL Swap. Not so sure that these LED Bulbs he chose with their Separate Air Fans installed will not end up Overheating once those HL Dust Caps get re-installed as shown in his "On Topic" Video:
