On the EXT, you pull up the seat adjustment lever to the "1" setting, and the seat releases. THEN pull up the lever to the "2" setting, and the rear seat tips forward, revealing the interior fusebox.

You have a 2 way handle on the side of the seat. Flip #1 up to lay the seat back all the way forward. Then flip #2 up, to roll the entire seat forward. The driver's seat may need to get slid forward 1 notch, or at least put the seat back up straight, so the rear seat head rest will clear it.
