How often do you change AC Delco 41-103 plugs?

They have a good sale on them at my local parts store. $2.30 each. It a going out of business sale. I bought one set already. I'm just not sure I need to buy another set given the mileage I drive! 😄

If the ignition system is in decent running order you'll get 80-100k miles without any problem. If memory serves me correctly at around 90k miles I changed mine and they looked great. Make sure you do not try change the spark plug gap because it will ruin the irridium. At the price you are quoted I would be weary that they might be fakes.

Just experienced the fake ones and they had the infamous "ASEEMBLEDA in USA" marking. About 80k KM (50k miles) on them and they were worn down to nubs. Surprised it ran at all. Check this thread on how to spot the fakes:


Just one note is that my new ACDelcos did not come with any sleeves.
