@Matt_TB_05, how much play in the CV shaft did you have after replacing the disconnect? I'm wondering if I need to do bearings in mine.

did you replace it and it still had play, I thought I posted a video of a bad one.

I'm wondering if I need to rebuild it, it has a little bit of play and I'm wondering if the bearing is going. How much play should be there?

I know how they are when they are bad, my question is how are the when new? Is there still a small amount of play when new or none at all?

I think there's always a bit of movement. Not a whole lot, just a little. You should be able to judge it.
