GM leaving (many) overseas markets

Their presence in China isn't mentioned here, but it looks like GM is pulling out of just about every other non-NA market.

Not surprised. Shall we start a pool on the next bankruptcy? I know we're pissed with them closing the Oshawa plant and can see some backlash from that.

Well Russia doesn't surprise me. Honda yanked from there a couple years ago too. Only presence left is service for existing vehicles.

GM continues to regress and are now eating their young. This is what happens when you don't learn from your mistakes and stubbornly continue to not make the vehicles that their customers want. They better not screw up the truck/big suv segment because that's all they really have now.
