GM Agrees to Pay for Faulty Gas Gauges Trailblazer/SS, Envoy and Renier

Special Coverage Adjustment Bulletin #10054

Quite a few of us have had this fixed. Should come out in the neighborhood of $135 to get it fixed. If you fixed this yourself, they will also reimburse the portion they would have covered. Pretty sure that according to the bulletin, this only covers 2005+ vehicles

They wont do money because of high mileage but it failed 60k ago.

Are these guaranteed to fail early? I wonder if my 9-7 failed, would GM cover it as though it was a GM given GM has taken over all pre 2010 SAAB warranty work.

Would never hurt to give them a call and find out

Pretty sure someone on the OS had a 9-7 with a failed fuel level sensor and it did get covered. Also, as Hardtrailz mentioned, I forgot that the vehicle has to has less than I think 120K miles to be covered
