Hello All,

One of the first threads here so I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the gurus here that we able to solve many issues and give silent support up-till-now
I am in a process of rebuilding a nice Saab 9-7x Aero with the LS2 6.0 V8 engine.
I am a bit stuck as I want to replace all the bushings as the frame will go through renovation and will be separated from body.
At this point I need to source a few bushing like cushions and due to the nice setup of this frame based vehicle I need a lot
Most are out of stock and discontinued.
1. Radiator ones are available from Dorman ->2x 15768821 / 15769290 / 11518078 -> 924-041
2. The rest is bits and pieces here and there:
15056812 x2
15056813 x2
15056814 x2
15056815 x2
15056816 x2
21998826 x10
I was wondering if you may know if there are any aftermarket solutions I could source as based even on the ebay + web store stock I will not be able to source all needed bushings.

I am looking forward to your feedback and... Merry Christmas To ALL

Hi and welcome!

Quite the endeavour you're undertaking on a fairly rare beast. Not too many people here have done that or even just replace those body to frame mounts as we mostly keep them rolling until the wheels fall off.

Are your bushings that deteriorated that they can't be reused? You might have to try and source some used ones from a TrailBlazer or Envoy in the southern US. Both I6 andFrom reading over at TBSS, there are some polyurethane bushings available but are not desirable as they would squeak over time and are not correct for an actual restoration.

I have found this thread that has some info and actual pictures of the mounts.

Other than that, I don't know if anything from another truck would work (likely not).

I did the front cab mounts on the wife's TB. IIRC the new ones were from Dorman. One thing I learned: Re-use the original bolts, or cut the Dorman replacements down. The Dorman bolts are a good bit longer that the originals.

There are two possible options available on eBay:

For Trailblazers and Envoys:

...and for the Saab 9-7X (for Spot Position Replacements)

Thank you, I think I will start ordering one of each to check what is the difference. Both Amazon and eBay share a lot of „standard fit” solutions but by looking at the design it is far different from the 4 PNs of GM. First two arrived at my US friends house, two more in basket . Can anyone recommend if the Dorman one for the front radiator is a price per pair or piece ? I assume per piece
