Give it gas while in Park / Neutral then almost comes to a complete stop

Well guys, I'm sure this isn't normal and is now bugging me. Other day I was at a traffic light and for the heck of it started flooring the pedal while at a complete stop lol! As soon as the RPM came down my truck almost stalled. I was like WTH? I did it again and the same...

I kept trying it again and again after that on different occasions and still the same outcome. Throttle is clean, filters, yada yada... Any ideas?
