I have the materials available to make another one of these custom sub boxes. It is similar to the JL stealthbox or subthump boxes. I will fully customize the size to fit the specs of your sub, and can play with the height/width to make it work with the cargo shade if so desired.

About the construction:
-hand made from 3/4" mdf, glued/sealed, and screwed
-recessed into side compartment
-still allows the inflator to be used, just need to slide box out of way
-tight fit in recess and the weight of the box locks it in place, no external mounting features needed (i've done doughnuts in my truck and it doesn't move)
-includes terminal cup with soldered wire leads to hook up directly to your sub
-carpet match as close as I've been able to find for our interior (2nd box I built with square hole)
-carpet will be one solid peice on face, sides, etc, all areas that are seen when installed
-I can fully carpet the back side but it will be pieced together
-recessed area is carpeted to give tight slip fit and protect from scratches
-I have close to 20 man hours in each box start to finish and this is a hobby so please be patient on construction time

If you are interested shoot me a PM. I need to know the exact sub model# you will be using to properly size the box and cutout.

I haven't done ported boxes, don't really know much about port design. If its something you want done, we can discuss but it will be additional cost.

I will do all this for $325 shipped to the lower 48 and I'll cover the paypal fees. JL box is 650-150(sub) = $500.

Looks good man!

Ill be in the market for a box eventually, probably try to stick a 12" Kicker L7 into a similar style box. But, I want to be able to use the cargo cover and looks like your box covers the mounting point for it.

GLWS, someone should scoop this up!

Thanks. The guy I built the box above for wanted a 12L7, but it wouldn't fit because the magnet on that thing was huge. He ended up going with a 10L7 instead, to keep the size down.

I can shorten it up to be able to use the cargo cover, would just have to get wider depending on what sub is used.

Say, hypothetically, someone asked for just a cut sheet/guide.... Is that something you would be able to do (for a price of course)?

I don't really have a cut sheet. I guess I could put one together for the front and back, but the top, bottom, and sides are all cut to fit depending on how wide the box is, and to make the joints fit.

There are enough pics there you should be able to figure it out yourself if thats what you want to do.
