The 06 and up were rated at 290 due to minor changes.

Neither. Originally I ran a ford EDIS-6 ignition system using a front mount 36-1 trigger wheel. At the time it was the only option. Now I run LS2 truck coils COP using MS3 sequential ignition. Once I get a new exhaust cam made I'll finally be able to run VVT. My existing billet cam has the oil passages reversed.

Are those LS1 coil packs or am I seeing a distributor on an Atlas 4.2?
