GU6 is for the 3.42 rear axle ratio. As for posi rear ends, there are several RPO's:

G76 : POSITRACTION REAR
G80 : AXLE POSITRACTION, LIMITED SLIP
G81 : POSITRACTION REAR AXLE

Which engine? Short or long wheelbase? Reason I'm asking is because that will determine if you have a 8.0" or 8.6" diff. 8.6 parts are readily available, not so with the 8.0. In any case, you could try Yukon Gear.

Does your internal "Pumpkin" layout look anything like THIS 2006 Envoy's? The Comments listed below the video are also worth noting:

So if it's a short wheelbase, it's an 8.0. Regardless, these gears are fairly expensive. Might be worth a trip to a pick-n-pull to find a good used set of gears. You can also tell if it's a fairly flat cover with no hump to clear the gear, like the one in the above video.

Are your gears bad?

...or are you just trying to install a GM Eaton G-80 M-Locker to replace the present OEM one?
