Can somebody explain some things about upgrading of accounts.

I fully want to support, I think it's a steal. I just had some questions about membership levels. I saw something on this subject and how to do it... but I can't remember where?

Is pay pal the only way to pay? Also I saw there were different amounts and terms. Do you get different features with higher or longer amount?
