Hey guys I just re did my brakes. One slide pin has a bushing and the other is just a straight pin. Do it matter in which spot either goes?

There should be a bushing on both pins, not just one.

IIRC, the one with the rubber bushing should be in the leading position. In other words, on the right side where normal direction of the rotor is clockwise, it should be at the latest o'clock. Left side is opposite.

So if I am reading this correct it will be always the top position on both sides?

Apparently it's an anti rattle bushing. One guy I saw in a video says they can swell up and inhibit pin movement.

On the 360s, with the caliper on the front, it would be on the bottom pin according to my lackluster memory but seems to be corroborated by this guy.

So you are correct from what I have found the bushing goes to the bottom. I don’t know if I am high as a kite or what but I tried the bushing in both top and bottom hole and it seemed to fit better in the bottom hole. On both front brakes. Atleast lol
