as if I don't have enough going on with my own project list, and life...lol
a friend of mine just got a 3rd gen camaro, with several issues, but we'll get to those later
he installed the vats bypass (resistor pack) and is talking about doing a push button start, with a combination keypad mounted
somewhere on the dash for security. the reason he done away with vats is because it was giving him problems, and didn't want to pay to get it fixed.

the keypad, for the starter kill...you don't have the code, the starter get's no juice
::granted if anyone REALLY wants to steal anything, no security system will stop them::
most of the push buttons are the same wiring design, so I won't post that
I gave him an old crime stopper r/s unit that I had, we're gonna toss that in at the same time since I recently purchased a viper 5704 to put in mine (love it btw)
any ideas here? oinions? pros/cons?
