blower motor stays on question

Today when i shut off truck i could here fan still running and could not turn it off. From what i read on here it might be the blower motor control module. Is there a link to directions on how to replace this .Thank you for your help!

I think there was a thread on trailvoy about it, but you really shouldn't need a how-to article. Just remove the far back side panel on the passenger side of the cargo compartment and swap out item #5.

roadie,I just want to make sure i took the right part out? it was under the glove box right behind the blower motor.THE REASON IM ASKING IS BECAUSE WHEN I WENT TO ROCK AUTO AND PRINTED OUT THE PICTURE OF THE NEW PART THEY DON'T LOOK THE SAME.THANK YOU AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP.THE PART I TOOK OUT HAS A PURPLE AND BLACK WIRE AND 2 SILVER FINS 1 LONGER 1 SHORT.

I'm so sorry. I thought you were talking about the REAR blower motor on the EXT HVAC system. Another poster did have such a problem recently. If yours is the front blower speed control module, then that's been discussed in a lot more threads here.
