AC Condensor - Radiator Seal Question

For some time I've been aware there's a vertical seal between the AC condensor and radiator on the passenger outboard side (item #11). But none on the driver's side. In fact the parts illustration doesn't show one but it would appear the absense of the seal would let air by-pass the condensor.
The fan clutch was replaced twice under warranty so I'm wondering if the seal is missing or nor required.
Would appreciate if you have the hood up to take a look and get me a reply if you vehicle has the driver's side installed.

Since no reply in several days. Maybe I posted in wrong section or the question not clear.
Basically would appreciate if someone would check the seal (spongue/foam rubber) that's between the condensor and radiation. My 03 has one on the passenger but not the driver's side. I don't know why there wouldn't be one on both sides.
