Good evening everyone.
I am thinking of replacing the hub bolt (wheel stud bolt).
Rockauto has GM, PTC and Dorman.

Thread size M12-1.5

GM Shoulder Diameter (mm) 12.44
M12x1.5x40
PTC Knurl Diameter 12.73mm
Thread Length 41.5mm
DORMAN KNURL DIAMETER (in) 12.726 mm
SHOULDER DIAMETER (mm) 12.47
From this information, I probably need a stud bolt of M12-1.5 Knurl Diameter 12.73 (0.501in-).
It seems to be used until 12.90 (0.509), is it acceptable?

I am replacing the wheel hub.
In this case, can I think that "Stud Bolt Knurl Size of After Market Parts" is the same as GM genuine?
I asked Timken many times by email, but I didn't get a reply.
Should I ask Rockauto who purchased the hub bearing?
I think GM genuine can be used, but do you have any experience?
thank you.

Shoulder diameter shouldn't really matter. As far as the knurl size, I think it's just a matter of the PTC size being rounded up from 12.726 to 12.73 mm. This is 4 thousandths (.004) of a mm so this is really inconsequential. The thinnest human hair is 0.017 mm, four times thicker than the difference.

If you are replacing the entire hub, the new one will come with the studs pre-installed so no worries about finding replacement studs.

thank you.
I'm not very worried about 12.72 and 12.73.

12.8 and 12.73 were written that it would comply with the same car, even for GM genuine products. (Strictly speaking, it may be different from TB)
Other brands had up to 12.90 in diameter that was compatible with TB.
I think 0.2 mm is tolerated by amateurs, but I am worried.

and,
Timken's wheel hub bearing has already been replaced. Of course there was a bolt (laughs)
I want to replace the hub bolt for a long one.

I am planning to buy the summer tires next year.
Since the outer diameter (Overall Diameter?) Is slightly larger, I'm thinking of putting a spacer to dodge the steering knuckle.
It is regulated that the tires protrude from the body.
With a 1INC or higher wide tread spacer (wheel spacers with bolts), I probably must have a new vehicle inspection.
To avoid that, first consider whether the spacer can be adjusted.
I'm looking for a long hub bolt for that.

Currently, I have found a 50-58 thing of Knurl Diameter12.73, a length of 60 mm for Corvette, and about 50 to 58 of 12.90.
There is a type with a thread to the tip, and a type that does not have a thread at the tip, so it is important other than the overall length.
Even with GM genuine, some new part numbers have shorter threads.
thank you.
