The amount of lift you will get from the 88's depends on what your number/color your stock springs are. The Z71's will give you about 1.5". The 88's are no longer in production and are really hard to find now.

And please correct me if im wrong but the 88 springs i should find on the ext tb right??? and the z71's would be on a z71 avalanche???? I just want to make sure i do this right...

I would imagine they would ONLY be factory installed on EXT 4WD V8s with all options. Not sure what vehicles ever had 89's from the factory. Too much was lost when they went out of production and design staff scattered.
and the z71's would be on a z71 avalanche???? .
Avalanche, Tahoe, Escalade, etc. from 2007+ when they changed the spring perch design to match ours. The dirty little secret is that the Z71 suspension package actually didn't change the spring itself as far as I was able to tell on those platforms, so a stock spring takeoff might work the same. Just look for it by part number if you can. 25978750 (new number) or 15234633 (older but still useful)
