Removed fuel pump on 2007 Sierra to possibly replace, pump is fine, however, the pump will not seat fully into the tank.
It goes back in as easy as it came out but it's like the springs bottom out before it's fully compressed into the tank, by almost a ½ inch. I can see nothing obstructing it.
