No problem. When you scroll down to the reply bar in the thread, click on the "More Reply Options" button. On the next screen, look to the bottom left of the text box and you will see "Attach Files", below that you will see "Choose File". Click on "Choose File", search for the pic you want to upload, then click ok. Then you will click on "Attach This File". After file is attached you can click on "Add Reply".
