i'd take a magnet stick grabber thing and fish around for it. its a pain to remove motor mounts without pulling the engine

the only thing that is sort of tricky is replacing the teflon seals on the input shaft. not sure you even have to, but better safe than sorry. other than that, its just a matter of unscrewing it from the case, and prying it up. swap the seal, drop the new one on an screw it down. *edit after...
