xm radio module location

I am trying to locate the xm module in the 2006 Denali. Any assistance would be helpful.

It should be behind the glove box.

I thought so too. But,
when I dropped it down I did not readily see it.....

I thought it was attached to the lower panel below the glove box, I could be wrong though.

The XM module should be attached to the lower kick panel, where the foot vent comes through. I think its two bolts that you remove and it should pop out/lower down. Mine was in that area when I tapped my Sirius module into the factory antenna.

This thread shows the location, its a Saab but its the same thing.
