I just installed 33" duratracs, when i drive for 30 mins my abs and brake notification light, service brake system warning all comes on, along with about 15 chimes. It never did this with my 30" duratracs. Has anyone else had this problem on an 02-05 model and fixed it? Apparently i cant reprogram the ecu to the new tire size

Usually that happens if you change the rear gear ratio due to the speed sensor being before the pumpkin not after. But changing the tire size shouldn't affect it as the ratio of the front and rear speed sensors should remain the same...

I believe it is off the tail shaft of the transfer case on 02-05.

It's in the tail of the trans... or in your case, the transfer case... by changing the tire size, you've effectively changed your gear ratio.. that's how the computer will see it....

My guess is if you see that every so often is that you have a wheel speed sensor acting up. If you have an android phone or tablet, you can use Car Gauge Pro to pull ABS codes. It might tell you which sensor it is getting angry about if the light comes on again.
