Thread dedicated to pics of things that make you WTF or Hell No or Are you Fing kidding me in the offroad world.

Found a homebrewed joke of a dual winch setup

dualwinches.jpg

which got me to searching for other dual winch setups and I found this pic. I know the dual winches are not the primary thing in this pic, but the whole thing makes wish I knew the back story to building this and getting in this situation. I am betting none of us really ever need a pontoon option, but at least I know its out there....

It takes a shy over 2 minutes per tire to air up from 15 to ~30psi....i'd hate to see how long it would take to fill those bad boys up.

That is some crazy shit right there. I knew you could get tracks for the Hummers but the rest of it is just nuts.

I believe the Hummer was at SEMA or one of those. It was done that way to show off the motor/trans and a few other things. I remember seeing it on tv once.

Looks like a Sibling Rivalry rig. There was some brothers and a cousin or other family members that used to build huge duallies just to outdo each other.

I wish I had a camera for the rig I saw one time.
I was going down a forest road when I saw an old F150 with the whole rear axle sitting in the road.
It had pretty big tires 35+ with what appeared to be 4X6 treated lumber blocks as spring spacers.
Evidently it was too much or something because it looked like the axle just fell out from under the truck
while they were going down the road.

If I recall there was a trailblazer that had a cold air intake that was constructed with coors light cans:raspberry:

Come on that has to be a trail repair. No one would do that for real.

Another SUV running wheels inside out for negative offset. You gotta love how the rear is down and higher up front. Think makes dune climbing easier? :undecided:
