Thanks. I am OCD and it bothered me everytime I looked at it. Needless to say, when I took the rack off the first time it was only off for 24 hours.

I came across a thread on the OS where a member used his side molding to cover the holes. Genius.

Yeah i've heard of a few other people that used their side moldings, clever thinking. I think i'll eventually jerry-rig some sort of caps/fillers that cover the holes that are flush, but won't even bother until i'm prepared to Plast-Dip my whole TB.

Y'all have been posting it up on my old thread, lol. Wish I had the time to keep up with you guys more often. The Voy has been tucked away nicely in the back of the shop while my old S10 does the bulk of my daily driving duties. I installed a new driver for my Cree headlights forever ago, and I've yet to even test it after dark yet. :frown: In the way of the roof rack - I'm still running the set screws teflon'd and painted, I don't even see the little bumps anymore :rotfl:
