If you have power and ground, you should have a 5V reference coming out of the ECBM. If it comes out of the ECBM, see if arrives at its destination. A signal is like an aircraft - it it takes off and doesn't arrive at its destination, start looking at the radar tracks. In this case, schematics are like the flight plan - where the signal is SUPPOSED to go.

If you have to ask questions like this, seriously, you need to find a friend who knows electrical troubleshooting and can read the schematics. It's wasting your time and ours to lead you through this one question at a time. We LOVE to be helpful, but you have to be in a position to use the help you're being offered.

I tested both power and ground wires and they are excellent went to the wiring diagram to find out that both 5v reference for yaw rate sensor and wheel position sensor runs directily from the EBCM to there destination
You said the 5v need to have power running throught it when plugged in the EBCM but it dont

Find the short on the 5V wire in the harness. I could tell you to power off the ECBM and use your meter on a "continuity" or "resistance" scale to confirm that you have a short, but that won't tell you where the short is or how to clear the fault if you find it. And if you're not familiar with the continuity or resistance functions in the meter, GMTN is really not the right place to get that sort of elementary training. It's so much easier to get it in person, using YOUR meter for the demonstration. It requires you to know Ohms Law (V = IR) at a minimum and I think there must be SOMEBODY in your country who is familiar with it.
