the oe nozzles underneath the cover, are they a two piece unit or are they one solid unit with the tubing? my plastic tubing is cracked, I had been using an 8" vacuum hose patch, but the tubing cracked elsewhere. I thought it be the perfect time to just replace the entire 8-10 feet of tubing with Vacuum hose....

Each nozzle is one. with the T and the tube, you should be able to replace all the stock tubing.

This style puller does not work for this car, at least not this model #.... the molding that covers the mechanical side of the wipers prevents it from sliding on flush with the bottom side of the arm...

The puller above did work, I ended up using my few neurons that I have left, and turned the wipers on, then turned off accessories...I had to remove the rubber piece off of the puller, wiper popped flew off, RAISE THE WIPER AS IF YOU WERE TO CLEAN THE WINDSHIELD, THUS RELIEVING THE TENSION....

You have to take that nut off first.

lol...:cool:yeah, that pic was just to show it fit... I had already wrapped things up for the day, when I decided to snap some pics...

Looks like this replacement will have to be put on hold, I had to order a new Wiper Motor Assembly, wipers stay on after turning them off...

Some Pictures of my project... The wiper motor I had a problem with, when I put the plastic grille back on, and tested the wipers.. Yep the new wipers hit the grille on the drivers side... you can see what I did to remedy the problem... A heat gun and a 22mm socket...

OE Old Wiper motor #15214343
I bought new AcDelco #15214343

Gmparts direct new number of my old motor states it's #15878429

I crossed referenced my numbers with Rockauto and their Cordone motors... no biggie, my handy work can't be seen with the hood closed...

Since I know we all love pictures, here are some more.... I ended up using 3/16 Vacuum fittings, took a piece of hose with me to my local hardware store, I think True Value or Ace, I mix up the two... When connecting the fittings, I took the advice from another forum in using Dish Detergent (Dawn Ultra) to lube the hose and the vacuum fittings... The Check valve that I used is p/n 24024822, works great... I also double checked my Wiper Motor part and indeed it's the correct number, although the wiper motor has been upgraded to a new p/n it did last me 10 years, so using the same p/n doesn't worry me, as anything over 5 years I think is great...

any of you know if the rear washer tubing runs through the inside or outside of the truck?

It rides on the inside, over the headliner. I'd expect if there was a break it'd become noticeable soon enough because of this. If you're having an issue with no fluid reaching the rear and the line is confirmed not to have a leak and your motor is running properly (there's actually two motors, one for the front and one for the rear, this is not including the optional headlamp washer motor) you can try disconnecting both ends of the line and hitting it with compressed air a few times to loosen any potential dirt inside.
