I tried looking this up, didnt find anything , I bought marks wheel adapters, the lug nuts i use to put the adapters on the rotors , should i use anything on them like something like locktight or something.
Pink Loctite #222 would be fine.
Some guys have used Gray color anti-seeze for rusted lug studs.
BTW, just to clarify.. you have spacers..not adapters..

I've been using anti-sieze for 7 years. The huge thing to remember is you have to CHECK (which requires retorquing) the inner lug nuts at (typically) 500 miles, and then once a year or whenever you rotate your tires. Studs can stretch, especially if they've been overtorqued anytime in the past by an idiot at some random tire store or brake joint.
Loctite can interfere and annoy you when you retorque them.
