Tune Up...?

So I have owned my Envoy since it had 54,000 miles. I know it only had 1 owner before me, and i do not know what maintance was done. I am now at 94,000 miles. I do not have an Owners Manual so I do not know what maintance should be done and when. Should I get a Tune Up? I have already changed my plugs so what else should I do or have done?

Trans fluid and filter, Rear axle fluid, Coolant, Power steering fluid, brake fluid, if you have one fuel filter

If my memory serves me correct, I think that the OS had the manuals available for download. I really haven't checked here for them, as I already have mine
