Train horn install?

I was at work today (Diamond Autosport Fayetteville, NC) and we were doing an install with 4 train horns...install was so good, the owner of the vehicle (which is a close friend of all the install techs) said it was the cleanest horn install he had ever seen ::made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside::
this was on a 2012 GMC Sierra...after seeing the finished project, and hearing it, I'm contemplating putting together my own horn kit for the TB...anyone done this?

I've seen it on an SS (not on this site). Removed the spare tire and mounted it there. Not sure if he had a tank?

I'm hesitant about removing the spare...but I'm sure there's a way to tuck in a horn or two somewhere
