Headlights need restoration, buy the kit from autozone ($20) that includes a small sanding disk that mounts to your drill. The drill kit will let you sand off the clear and the oxidation, then polish it clear.

The clear coat on one side has some drip marks fom a mechanic (not sure from what), and both headlights have oxidation in between the clear coat and plastic (very common to the LT lights, both sets I've had were oxidized in the same way).

The lights will sand clear if you use the kit. I used the same kit on another pair of LT headlights that I did my retrofit with. On the left was after sanding through the clear coat, and the right was after final sanding and polishing.
