touchscan won't connect

I got a elm327 mini and using touchscan on my windows 7 laptop. I can connect to the obd reader but not to the trailblazer. it works great on my wifes saturn and son in laws xterra. any ideas? thanks

Check fuse #13 under the hood or bent pins in the port
