Torque specs

Hello everyone. I just replaced the rear upper control arms today. One was snapped half. Anyway, I watched a video by TRQ and they said the bolts on the top and bolts and nuts toward the rear are 97 foot pounds. Is that accurate? Had to due one side at a time and left loose before the truck was on the ground then, did the final torque. I hope that spec is accurate cause what I went through I hope not to do them again. I guess I can just loosen them a little if need be. Thank you in advance.

Just to make sure there installed correctly, did I do it right by leaving the bolts loose, putting the wheels back on, lowering it and crawling underneath the truck and torquing them down with the truck on the ground (ride height)?

That is correct. Same procedure as the front A-arms.
