Throttle Body Cleaned

Not Sure it had ever been done before. From the looks of the backside I would say NO!! Used CRC Choke and throttle Body cleaner. Gunk came off pretty easy with the help of an old toothbrush.

That was a nasty one did you reset the throtlle after cleaning?

Reset the throttle ??? As far as removing the PCM fuses ??? I didnt do that.

I disconnected the battery prior to removing the TB. Hooked everything back up. Started right up.. Did I or do I need to do something else ???

Thanks for the help.

yeah I was just making sure you disconnected the battery. It should wipe out the dirty throttle calibration and treat it as a new clean throttle now.

wow that is how mine looks I believe, we have not cleaned it in i dont know how long lol

I'd be surprised if that was the first cleaning.

How many miles on it when you bought it?
