I heard that some will put some crazy price when they go on vacation or unavailable so nobody will bid on it. Has something to do with search standings or something like that. If they pull the listing, they lose the standing. In this case, he might have forgotten to reset the price.

Yea. I've seen that with Trailblazer parts aswell. I belive ebay sorts based on views/purchase count. If somethings selling well, it'll be up top. If they pull the ad, then they reset back at the bottom.
