Looks like a stock intake, so probably not hydrolocked.

I locked up the engine in my 1st car, from having prolonged, untreated, overheating problems. Some crystals formed in the cylinders... $2100 I had to pay my dad back after getting that fixed. Oh to be young and dumb...

With that many miles on it, and the situation with the engine, I wonder how good of condition the transmission is in?
