Shocks rattling

So i installed my new shocks yesterday. Is it possible to not tighten up enough. they are rattling. What's the toque specifications? Any info is greatly appreciated. thanks

Forgot to add this is a non air suspension

Yes, you can easily leave rear shocks loose. Or they could have come with the wrong poly bushings or incorrect washers to pad them out to the proper width. Lower and upper mounting bolt torque is 59 ft-lbs.

Thanks i tightened up to spec. It doesn't rattle now. It was way off.
