I had my mechanic install a power drivers seat, instead of the manual one in my 03 Envoy SLE.. When I dropped it off, the passenger side Driving light & Headlight were both out already. Driving light I can see that the bulb is blown. BUT the passenger window was down, and now the window does work up and down just fine.. the *scratch head* is the AUTO window down does not work (at all, from either side). I went to replace my passenger side headlight, and the socket was burnt, so I replaced the bucket (for free, from a local wrecker), replaced the bulb, and still no low beam / DRL. *dont care about the Driving lights*

IF it was the Headlight Module it would be both low beams right.. the left light is fine, just the right is out..

If it was the module/relay, it would be both. Check if it's power or ground that's missing at the light. Did you check the fuses? IIRC, there are separate left and right fuses.

The auto down windows, does it seem like it's trying to work and kicks off early or not at all? I'd try replacing the window switches first. If it kicks off early, might be the motors or too much resistance in the window tracks. It works by detecting the increase in power draw when it hits bottom. If it's struggling to move the window, it will kick off. I get that when it's really cold and windows are hard to move.

Did not realize there were left and right fuses. I'll check them in the morning.. Nope the auto window down doesn't work at all.. The switch works just fine, up and down.. it is just the one touch auto feature, that is FUBAR.. made me scratch my head..

Where I live, it almost never gets lower than 32ºF. a Normal winter for us is low to mid 40's to mid to low 50's (consistently). Think of Seattle Washington weather
