After chasing my tail all over creation today in a failed effort to locate a GM or AC-Delco or Omron replacement 4 Prong Fuel Pump Relay for my 1993 Chevrolet Camaro Z-28 (it is well hidden under the Driver’s Side Door Pillar Gray Plastic Kick Panel ...right underneath the Left Foot Rest Bracket) which was manufactured back then by HELLA as OEM Part #12077867 … I finally found a proper OEM Replacement sold on Amazon via Goodpoint Auto Parts that is a fully OEM Compatible Replacement listed as Relay Part # RY-5590.

This thing is a VERY Versatile Relay:

Air Conditioning Control Relay, Anti Theft Relay, Backup Light Relay, Blower Relay, Condenser Fan Relay, Dome Light Relay, Emission Relay, Fog Lamp Relay, Fuel Pump Relay, General Purpose Relay, Horn Relay, Radiator Fan Relay, Starter Relay, Trunk Or Hatch Relay

... that will work across a wide range of GM Car and Truck Platforms and is useful in solving problems with many Relay Controlled System failure issues that require a low voltage PCM signal to control and redirect the higher amperage 12 Volt current and NOT involve the need for the secondary 87A pin (The Fifth Pin) in its design. These are $10.00 a piece ...and so for anyone still driving any Older 1990s Cars or Trucks… having a couple of these on your parts shelf for just such a need would not be a bad idea... trust me when I mention in closing that the Original Relay...is nowhere to be found:
