RPO decode help

Hi folks,

I read the 'RPO Compendium' thread but still have some questions as my decode doesn't wholly match and I can't really make sense of any of these:

PEB - SALES ITEM NO. 144
R6S - SALES ITEM NO. 18
R7K - SALES ITEM NO. 36
R7M - SALES ITEM NO. 38
SLM - STOCK ORDERS
1SD - OPTION 04

Any clarity is appreciated.

Ok, thanks for looking.

I obtained from somewhere on the net a HUGE list of RPO codes... not really specific to GMT I think. I made it into an Excel spreadsheet so I could just type in my SPID codes and the sheet would search the list for me.
If it is of any value I am happy to share it with the community. I don't know how to post an excel file though.

I'd be happy to if I could figure it out! I am familiar with several BBS forums but this one is a bit different. I don't see a place to attach a file in the PM window, did I miss it? I would attach it to a regular post but the file exceeds the 2Mb limit (it's over 5Mb). If you would like to pm me your email addy I could send it to you that way?

I have a couple of those. R7K-Missing Option Credit. What ever that is. That was all I could find last year. Sorry I don't have more.

1SD is the code for an option group. Not sure what options are included in the 1SD group, but all the individual options will have their own RPO codes anyway. Basically, on a dealer's order form, it is one checkbox to order a package of options at once.

R7K is an equipment adjustment code. It indicates that in one of the fast option packages selected for your truck, there was a component in the package that was not available in your model, so the dealer gets credited the cost of the missing option off the total option package price. For many of our trucks, GM lists it as Equipment Adjustment Remote, meaning there was a remote something offered in some vehicles but not on your model. (Perhaps a remote start?)

Other GM vehicles lists R7K as Equipment Adjustment AM/FM radio cassette, or something similar. It indicates the stock radio that comes with one option package has been deleted and substituted by an upgrade radio.

So basically, R7K and 1SD don't mean anything as far as what equipment is actually installed. 1SD is the quick order package, and R7K is a credit back to the dealer for something not installed.

But I don't want to use a host site, I want to host it here at GMTN. I have 2 of my own domains where I could upload it and then make a download link, but I'm to lazy it's easier if we just could host it here ok?

Ha! Yeah, thanks, but neither I'm afraid. L35 which is the low 325HP 396, and not Camaro, Chevelle. You have good taste, sir, a '68 RS/SS is the exact Camaro I would get if I could. Here is my my old ride:
